Last April, I ranted about how Adidas’ design teams seemed desperate to keep up with Under Armour & Nike and as a result, were releasing terrible idea after terrible idea. One of the best examples were the Notre Dame football uniforms.
Well, it looks like the storied university will make the switch from Adidas to Under Armour after the school year. As reported by ESPN’s Darren Rovell, Notre Dame will wear something besides Adidas for the first time since 1997.
Now we’re pretty realistic about our reach here at Upper Reserved but I like to think that my design rant reached someone important in South Bend.
